My approach to therapy is person centered and flexible. I work collaboratively with individuals and couples on goals and provide a safe, affirming and confidential space to create a new life path. Change is hard, but a renewed sense of hope and joy on the other side of a difficult period of time is possible.

My approach to therapy

I offer compassionate psychotherapy services for people struggling with depression, anxiety, LGBTQ, stage of life issues, EMDR, divorce/separation, substance use, grief, and services to simply help a person grow to be the best version of themselves.
