Great to meet you!

I enjoy helping people with Anxiety & Depression, Trauma, Relationships, Substance Abuse, other Addictive Behavior-among other issues. I offer counseling tailored to fit your individual needs, in a supportive, and confidential environment. My style has been described as empathetic and compassionate. I partner with my clients in helping them to understand themselves. We identify feelings & thoughts, filtering incongruencies which may be interfering with your personal happiness & relationships.

My approach to therapy

I use CBT, Solution-Focused Brief therapy, EMDR techniques; to help people change the way they think about themselves & situations so thoughts are more Positive and Reality-based. We explore Thinking Errors to Lower anxiety and depression. I also like to incorporate Mindfulness of Your Choice & Wellness if desired- Making Therapy Brief & Holistic as we can.

What you can expect from me

I Believe that we can Grow from Learning more about Ourselves and from having the Unbiased Support from another person. The more Insight we have into Ourselves, our behavior, and emotions the more Choices we have; and the more Power we have to make Positive Changes in our lives. Exploring your Strengths and how they can be implemented for your benefit.
