I am a dedicated mental health professional with over 20 years of experience in assisting individuals and couples facing challenges related to mental health, substance abuse, trauma, and relationship concerns. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC), and an Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapist. I also bring a wealth of expertise to my practice from many diverse work backgrounds.
