I have experience working with trauma, relationship distress, anxiety, depression, pornography addiction, and marital issues.

I use evidence based models, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (similar to EMDR), and Exposure and Response Therapy.

Maybe you are a little nervous to pursue therapy because of past experience, belief systems, or fear. One of my strengths is helping individuals feel safe, comfortable, and ready to address their issues. What are your concerns, needs, and goals?

Whatever your struggle or concern, we will get curious about your experience, identify your choices for managing your response, and put a practical plan in place to achieve your goals. Come as you are; I'm ready to listen.

During your first session I will help you prioritize your concerns and determine a path for reaching your goals. We will explore thinking patterns, emotional/behavioral reactions, and relationships. Following sessions will include skill work and management strategies for helping you choose a values based response and becoming the best version of yourself.
