Great to meet you!

Taking that first step towards getting help is a courageous one. I invite you and welcome you into a space that is non-judgmental, a space where there are no biases or assumptions. My goal is to provide a safe place to share your concerns and begin a journey of self-care and healing and of discovery. I am motivated and passionate about teamwork and reaching goals together.

My approach to therapy

I use a variety of approaches in counseling including strengths-based ideas, which can teach us that we do have control even when we feel most vulnerable. I often use therapeutic expressive art to explore creativity, which initiates change. Drawing, painting, writing, journal work, movement, and music can be incorporated and processed when in virtual sessions.
