Great to meet you!

I provide medication management along with patient education to help you better understand your symptoms and feel confident in your treatment plan. I earned my Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, with a focus on evidence-based psychiatric care across the lifespan. I’m also fluent in Spanish and passionate about serving the Hispanic community, providing culturally sensitive and accessible care to every client I meet.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, supported, and understood. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, or major life changes, I’m here to help you find balance and improve your overall quality of life through compassionate, evidence-based care.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, we will focus on understanding what brings you to care through a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation. We will review your concerns, mental health and medical history, current symptoms, and goals, and discuss possible treatment options in a supportive, collaborative and non-judgemental space.
