Great to meet you!

I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who provides compassionate, evidence-based medication management for adults. My approach is collaborative and patient-centered, with an emphasis on education, safety, and shared decision-making.

I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and trauma-related conditions. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where patients feel heard and empowered in their care.

My approach to therapy

I believe mental health treatment should feel human, not rushed. I take time to understand each person’s story and tailor treatment plans that align with their goals and values.

I am bilingual in English and Spanish and am committed to improving access to culturally responsive mental health care.

What you can expect from me

Patients can expect a calm, nonjudgmental space where they feel heard and respected. During the first visit, we will review symptoms, history, and goals and discuss treatment options together.

Follow-up visits focus on how you’re feeling, medication effectiveness, and any needed adjustments. My goal is to provide thoughtful, individualized care while making sure patients feel comfortable asking questions and participating in decisions about their treatment.
