Great to meet you!
I am originally from Northern NJ and have been in DC since 2008. The Park View area in DC is where I call home and has been a pivotal place of change and growth in my life. My interests outside of work include spending time with my dog Lola, staying active, and traveling. I enjoy spending time connecting with people, with a good balance of self-care and me time.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the District of Columbia, and I am certified by the National Board for Certified Counselors. I earned a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The George Washington University and also hold a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Management and Psychology, from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY.
My clinical experience includes working with adults with chronic and persistent mental illness in a non-profit and group home setting, as well as providing one on one counseling at a community counseling center. I have worked in private practice since 2014 providing individual therapy to adults of various backgrounds and presenting concerns.
I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress management, life transitions, and more.
