My approach to therapy

Sessions with me are designed to your needs, providing an opportunity to acquire the skills and life changes you are seeking. I want to help you find your voice thus achieving your goals. Some of the modalities I use include DBT, CBT, Solution Focused Therapy as well as Narrative Therapy. We will work together to find the right fit for your sessions.

My passion and desire is to walk alongside individuals and families as they uncover and find the long term solutions they need to calm their emotional storms and increase their coping skills to better handle their distress and to become their best self! I encourage self-empowerment and autonomy in a non-judgmental environment to promote hope, healing, and change that clients need to grow and flourish in their life.
