Great to meet you!

My name is Dianna and I am a Southern California native. I have been an MFT since 2012 and was fully licensed in 2018. My experience has ranged from holistic substance abuse treatment to military and veterans to dissociative identity disorder. My approach is holistic using my years of experience as a body worker, yoga enthusiast, and love of music to integrate an embodied approach to recovery from trauma. Therapy should be considered a benefit to healthy people who experience trauma in dealing with the realities of life. As a trauma-informed therapist I believe we all suffer trauma through ordinary life and it helps to process our experiences with a trusted guide to make meaning and move on from things which change us. My approach integrates DBT (dialectical behavior therapy), EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing), and Yoga. Thanks for considering me as your therapist.
