Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Virginia and also licensed as an LMHC in Massachusetts, offering virtual therapy to adolescents and adults across multiple states. I bring over 15 years of experience in mental health, behavioral health, and substance use treatment, working with individuals and families in clinical, hospital, and community-based settings.

I help overwhelmed adults, parents, and professionals stabilize, cope, and rebuild emotionally. I specialize in helping clients manage anxiety, OCD, ADHD, life transitions, grief and loss, relationship stress, and family dynamics. Many people I work with feel overwhelmed, stuck in cycles of worry, or exhausted from trying to hold everything together. If you are struggling with anxiety, irritability, or stress, I offer nonjudgmental, practical therapy that works. My role is to help you slow things down, gain clarity, and build practical tools so life feels more manageable again.

Clients often describe me as warm, grounded, and easy to talk to. I create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you don’t have to have everything figured out and we will work through it together.

My approach to therapy

I take an individualized and flexible approach, tailoring each session to meet you where you are. Therapy isn’t "one-size-fits-all", but about being what works for you as a person, not just your circumstances.

I utilize evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, and Family Systems approaches. My style is warm, collaborative, and responsive, helping clients navigate life challenges with practical strategies, insight, and support.

I believe mental health challenges are treatable conditions, not personal weaknesses, and with the right support, you can build a healthy, fulfilling, and balanced life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll explore your goals, challenges, and current experiences. I will help you identify your strengths, set realistic goals, and develop actionable strategies to move forward.

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship challenges, grief, substance use, or life transitions, therapy with me is about empowering you to face life with clarity, confidence, and calm, not about “fixing” you...because you’re not broken.

I provide culturally sensitive and inclusive care, honoring your unique background and experiences. My goal is to help you overcome obstacles, build resilience, and thrive in all areas of life.
