Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Dianna. The experiences we carry, especially the hard ones, shape how we see ourselves and how we show up in our relationships. If you've noticed old patterns resurfacing, or you're carrying something from your past that still affects your daily life, you deserve a safe space to work through it. I'm a licensed clinical social worker trained in EMDR, and I work with trauma, anxiety, PTSD, and relationship issues. My approach is person-centered: we move at your pace, and the goal is always to help you understand yourself and build on the strengths you already have.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in trauma therapy, anxiety, and how these show up in our daily lives and relationships. I draw on EMDR, Trauma Focused CBT, Cognitive Processing, and a Psychodynamic lens to help you understand patterns and build lasting change, always at the pace that is right for you

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll start by getting to know each other and talk through what brought you to therapy. From there, we will set goals together and build a plan that fits your life. Therapy is collaborative, and I want you to feel like an active partner in your own progress, not just along for the ride
