Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed therapist and the founder of Heart Space, a telehealth practice serving adults in Indiana and West Virginia. I earned my MSW from the University of Pennsylvania and have worked in residential treatment and community settings before starting my private practice. I specialize in working with deep-feeling, growth-oriented adults navigating trauma, relationship wounds, life transitions, and anxiety. My work is especially supportive for those who want to break cycles and create more aligned, intentional lives.

My approach to therapy

My approach is relational, somatic, and grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS). I believe healing happens when we feel safe, seen, and supported, so I focus on creating a steady, compassionate space where you can explore your inner world at your own pace. I integrate mindfulness and body-based practices to help you build self-awareness, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with your sense of self. Therapy with me is collaborative, gently paced, and centered on your strengths.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll slow down and focus on getting to know you—what’s bringing you in, what feels heavy, and what you’re hoping might shift. I’ll ask thoughtful questions, but there’s no pressure to share more than feels comfortable. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, grounded, and clear about next steps. From the start, we begin building a space that feels steady, respectful, and supportive.
