Great to meet you!

Presently treating individuals and couples, with extensive experience and trauma focused care for veterans, LEOs, and first responders.

Court Involved Therapy (CIT) is available for adults and children involved in family court disputes. When your high-conflict divorce impacts the way your children engages parents, you need a provider who is able to recognize subtle yet intentional influences. Specializing in marital therapy and restoration, and also highly skilled in recognizing extremely unhealthy parent-child dynamics when separation or divorce has occurred.

CIT may include services of reintegration, co-parenting, or individual services to adults or children.

My approach to therapy

Training matters! I'm not a counselor or social worker claiming to be a therapist. Marriage and Family Therapists view interpersonal issues with a systemic lens. Each person's role impacts the marital or family unit, and mental health of an individual will be seen in context of the entire family. My approach incorporates attachment based, structural, and family systems theories, in addition to trauma focused interventions.

What you can expect from me

Your growth and healing will be a product of your personal work in therapy. You can expect personal and skilled attention, professionalism, confidentiality, and a safe space to explore the life experiences that have impacted you and your loved ones. There is no judgement, criticism, or advice. You will be challenged to resolve or mitigate complexities from the past, and develop skills to maintain emotional self regulation and healthier relationships.
