My name is Dianne Fontaine, MSN, APRN, and I'm a Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Board Certified (PMHNP-BC) by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). I obtained my Master’s Degree from Walden University and has undergone advanced clinical training, equipping me to assess, diagnose, and treat a spectrum of psychiatric illnesses, as well as provide psychotherapy.
I take pride in providing holistic mental healthcare in a friendly environment, by formulating individualized treatment plans, which may include medication management, psychotherapy, and behavioral interventions. I also value collaboration with other medical providers and practices. For your convenience, I only see patients virtually at this time.
My goal is to deliver patient-centered care fused with education, fostering mental health awareness, wellness, and empowerment, thereby enabling patients to lead fulfilling lives.
