Great to meet you!

I am licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida with 3 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, family conflicts, trauma and abuse, coping with grief and loss as well as specializing in life transitional assistance. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. It is your journey and I am here to walk with with you.

My approach to therapy

My therapy approach is primarily cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) which is a short-term approach to mental health treatment. It addresses unhelpful thought patterns or problematic thoughts. In CBT sessions, we'll work on identifying patterns and learning more about how they might negatively affect you.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, the client will work on identifying patterns and learning more about how they might negatively affect them. They explore ways to replace the negative thought patterns or behaviors with ones that are more helpful and accurate.
