Great to meet you!

If you're feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, struggling in relationships, supporting a child through emotional or behavioral challenges, or navigating a difficult life transition, you're not alone. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling exhausted by stress, stuck in unhealthy patterns, disconnected from the people they care about, or unsure how to move forward. Others are working through trauma, family conflict, parenting concerns, depression, or challenges that are affecting their confidence, relationships, and overall well-being.

As a licensed psychologist, I work with adolescents, adults, and families seeking support, healing, and meaningful change. I provide therapy in both English and Spanish and strive to create a warm, supportive, and collaborative environment where you feel heard, understood, and respected. My goal is to help you gain insight into what's contributing to your current challenges while building practical tools that help you feel more confident, connected, and empowered in your daily life.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be both supportive and practical. My approach is collaborative, honest, and focused on helping you create meaningful changes that extend beyond the therapy room. Together, we'll explore the thoughts, emotions, behaviors, relationships, and life experiences that may be contributing to your current struggles while identifying strengths that can support your growth and healing.

I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Behavioral Activation, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Motivational Interviewing, Parent Management Training, Child-Parent Psychotherapy, and strengths-based interventions. Therapy is always tailored to your unique needs and goals. Together, we'll work to strengthen coping skills, improve emotional regulation, navigate family and relationship challenges, process difficult experiences, build resilience, and develop practical strategies that support lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a foundation of trust. We'll talk about what brought you to therapy, the challenges you're facing, and what you hope will be different in your life moving forward. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable sharing your experiences without judgment or pressure.

As we work together, you can expect compassion, collaboration, and practical guidance. Clients often leave therapy with greater clarity, healthier coping skills, stronger relationships, increased confidence, and a deeper understanding of themselves and their experiences. My hope is that therapy helps you feel more supported, resilient, and capable of creating the life you want for yourself and the people you care about.
