Great to meet you!

Sometimes life feels like one thing after another, stress keeps piling up, relationships become exhausting, or old experiences continue showing up in ways you didn't expect. You may feel overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, yet you're unsure how to move forward.

I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, relationship challenges, family conflict, and major life transitions. My goal is to create a space where you can finally put down the weight you've been carrying and begin making sense of what you're experiencing. Therapy doesn't have to feel intimidating or overly clinical. I believe healing starts with honest conversations, practical support, and learning new ways to cope so you can feel more grounded, confident, and connected in your everyday life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, supportive, and collaborative. I believe meaningful change happens when you feel safe enough to be yourself and curious enough to explore the patterns that keep you feeling stuck. Sessions often feel more like genuine conversations than formal therapy, while still providing structure and direction.

I use evidence-based approaches tailored to your needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, trauma-informed therapy, strengths-based therapy, person-centered therapy, mindfulness-based interventions, psychoeducation, and relapse prevention strategies. Together, we'll identify emotional triggers, build healthier coping skills, improve communication and relationships, and create practical goals that support lasting change and emotional well-being.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is simply a chance for us to get to know one another. There is no pressure to have everything figured out or know exactly where to begin. We'll talk about what's been weighing on you, what changes you'd like to make, and what healing might look like for your life.

Clients often leave therapy feeling heard, supported, and less alone. Over time, many experience reduced anxiety, healthier relationships, improved coping skills, increased confidence, and a stronger sense of emotional balance. My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you can feel understood, gain clarity, and move toward a life that feels calmer, healthier, and more meaningful.
