Great to meet you!

I’m a psychiatric nurse practitioner (PMHNP) with more than 10 years in mental health. I help adults and adolescents navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorders, trauma, and stressful life transitions. My approach is practical and evidence-based: thorough evaluations, collaborative medication management, and brief, skills-focused therapy when helpful. We’ll choose the simplest effective plan, monitor side effects closely, and adjust together based on your goals, values, and daily routines. Appointments are available via secure telehealth. I provide care in English and French

My approach to therapy

I offer a collaborative, solution-oriented approach that is both empowering and deeply respectful. My priority is to create a safe, welcoming space where you feel heard and understood, while also providing clear guidance and practical tools you can use right away. Together, we set focused, measurable goals and break them into manageable steps so progress feels attainable.

In sessions, I blend evidence-based strategies such as cognitive and behavioral skills training, mindfulness-based techniques, and strengths-focused coaching. We translate insights into action plans, build routines that support your daily life, and track what’s working. You can expect warmth, direct feedback, and concrete takeaways after each visit, along with encouragement and accountability between sessions. My style is culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and grounded in real-world problem solving so you can move confidently toward the outcomes that matter to you.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to leave each session with a clear plan, practical skills you can use right away, and the momentum that comes from seeing real progress. My style is warm, direct, and collaborative: we set goals together, review what’s working, and fine-tune therapy-informed strategies and, when appropriate, medication. You’ll feel heard, grounded, and confident about your next step in your mental health journey. Care available in English, French
