Hi, I’m Didley Delpeche, LCSW. I am a military Veteran. I help adults navigate anxiety, burnout, and life transitions. If you feel stuck or overwhelmed, you are not alone. My style is warm and collaborative, blending, Motivational Interviewing techniques, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with mindfulness tools. Together, we will work to help you feel more grounded and in control. Outside of sessions, I love biking, traveling, and learning new things. I am currently accepting new clients."

I primarily use a Psychodynamic and Strengths Based approach to therapy.
