Great to meet you!

I am an emerging Marriage and Family Therapist with training in relational and trauma-informed care. I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, grief, chronic stress, and the effects of unresolved trauma. Many of the clients I support feel emotionally overwhelmed, stuck in patterns they want to change, or responsible for others while neglecting their own needs. My professional background emphasizes ethical practice, cultural humility, and creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel understood and respected.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is relational, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I focus on understanding the deeper patterns and relational dynamics that contribute to emotional distress, rather than treating symptoms alone. Together, we work to build emotional awareness, improve communication, strengthen boundaries, and develop tools that support emotional regulation and lasting change. I approach therapy with curiosity, compassion, and respect for each client’s strengths and lived experience.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity to begin building trust and clarity. We will talk about what brings you to therapy, what you’re hoping for, and any concerns you may have. There is no pressure to share everything at once, and we will move at a pace that feels comfortable. My goal is for you to feel heard, supported, and to leave with a clearer sense of how therapy can help.
