Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas who holds a Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lamar University. I specialize in working with adolescents and adult women who struggle with anxiety, depression, life transitions, perfectionism, and boundary issues.

My approach to therapy

I believe every client is unique and the modalities utilized should reflect their uniqueness. I pull from various modalities to help in the work I do with clients. I draw heavily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused-CBT, Solution Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing. This practice focuses on empowering clients to take ownership of their own stories. I believe in pushing myself and others to take up space and thrive in life.

What you can expect from me

I aim to provide clients with a safe space to be seen, heard, and understood. Clients can leave sessions knowing they have practical skills to implement in order to aid in improving their overall mental wellbeing.
