Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Digna, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to creating a supportive and safe space where clients will feel heard and understood. I work with adolescents and adults of all ages in navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, and emotional overwhelm. I also have vast experience working with individuals who have co-occuring disorders, developmental disabilities and cognitive delays servicing mild to moderate clients.

My approach to therapy

I bring a welcoming and warm approach tailored to each person’s unique needs. Our therapeutic goals help build insight, confidence, and healthier ways of coping while feeling supported every step of the way.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, we will begin getting to know each other. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, personal history, and goals you hope to work toward. The first session is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and see if the therapeutic relationship feels like a good fit for your needs. My goal is to help you feel comfortable, heard, and supported as we begin the process together.
