Great to meet you!

Hello and thank you for visiting my profile! I am a LMFT with a Master’s in Psychology. I began my therapeutic career in Moscow in 2012. I have diverse experience working in various clinical settings, with people from different cultural backgrounds, and with individuals facing a range of mental health challenges, life transitions, family and relationship problems. This experience refined my therapeutic skills. I adjust my therapeutic style to meet each individual’s unique needs.

My approach to therapy

I recognize that each person is unique, with their own experiences and goals. As a therapist, I treat the person as a whole, considering mind, body, emotions, and well-being. My integrative approach combines evidence-based practices like CBT, art therapy, mindfulness, and person-centered therapy. This flexible, holistic treatment plan allows clients to benefit from both structured techniques and creative, experiential interventions.

What you can expect from me

I view therapy as a collaborative process where clients are active participants in their healing journey. I encourage clients to share what works best for them, adapting the therapeutic process accordingly and to help them feel seen, understood, and respected. I also recognize the importance of cultural and societal factors in therapy. Cultural background shapes an individual's experience, so I incorporate clients’ cultural values into therapy to help them strengthen their resilience.
