Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 15 years of experience supporting children and families. I earned my graduate degree from Rollins College and been working with kids and teens in New Jersey since 2019. I help with anxiety, behavior challenges, school stress, and family dynamics. My style is warm, honest, and collaborative-I focus on building trust while giving practical tools that actually work in everyday life. My goal is to help you and your child feel more confident, understood and supported.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, supportive, and practical. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes. I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, ADHD, relationships challenges, parenting concerns, and trauma. Together, we will identify strengths, build coping skills, and create realistic goals that help you feel more confident and balanced in your daily life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, down-to-earth space where you can be yourself-no pressure, no judgment. We'll talk about what's bringing you to therapy, explore your goals, and begin creating a plan that feels realistic and manageable. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about the next steps.
