Great to meet you!

Hello I am a licensed Professional Counselor in New Jersey who is passionate about creating a safe space, supportive, and nonjudgemental space where clients feel heard and understood. I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma. life transitions, stress, and relationship challenges. My goal is to help clients build practical coping skills, increase self-awareness, and make meaningful changes that support long-term emotional well-being.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is a collaborative process built on trust, respect, and compassion. I tailor treatment to each client's unique needs, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, mindfulness, and strengths-based approaches. Together, we will identify your goals, build on your strengths, and develop practical skills to help you navigate life's challenges with confidence.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we'll spend time getting to know each other, discussing what brings you to therapy, and identifying your goals. You'll have the opportunity to share your concerns at your own pace in a supportive, nonjudgemental environment. Together, we'll create a place that feels comfortable and meaningful to help you move forward.
