Great to meet you!

I hold a Master’s degree from Tarleton State University and have been a licensed professional counselor for many years. Currently, I am an LPC-S, providing supervision and guidance to emerging counselors. My professional background includes extensive experience across diverse settings, including private practice, nonprofit organizations, and inpatient facilities. Currently working with patients 13 and older. Pending insurance approvals.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), using evidence-based techniques to help clients identify and change unhelpful thinking patterns and behaviors. This broad range of experience allows me to support clients with a variety of needs in a compassionate, structured, and effective manner.

What you can expect from me

Clients who work with me learn to recognize and understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Through our work together, we focus on identifying unhelpful or distorted thinking patterns that may be contributing to stress, anxiety, or unwanted outcomes. By challenging and reframing these thoughts, clients begin to shift their perspectives, which leads to healthier emotional responses and more effective actions. This process empowers individuals to take control of their choices and create lasting, positive change in their lives.
