I really enjoy connecting with people respectfully, authentically and honestly. Regardless of what caused you to seek out counseling I look forward to listening to you. I have worked with hundreds of clients, from the simplest of life’s hang-ups to the darkest addiction and have seen miracles over and over in people’s lives; including my own. I earned a MS in Addiction Counseling from Grand Canyon University. I work with adults working through addiction and co-occurring mental health issues.

My approach to therapy

We will work together to establish your goals then come up with a unique plan to get there. I will help you with skills to manage and regulate depression, anxiety, fears, codependency or whatever issues pop up along the way. Most importantly, I will cheer you on when you succeed.
