Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 10+ years of experience working with individuals from a variety of backgrounds and walks of life. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, women’s issues—including perinatal and postpartum challenges—cultural and racial identity concerns, and everyday stressors that can feel overwhelming. I work with adults from diverse cultural backgrounds and am passionate about creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can explore, heal, and grow at your own pace.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable exploring your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I take a person-centered approach, tailoring treatment to your unique needs and goals. I integrate evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed approaches, selecting interventions that best support your healing, growth, and overall well-being.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, you can expect a welcoming, supportive space where we begin getting to know you and what brings you to therapy. We’ll talk about your current concerns, history, and goals, and start identifying what you’d like to work on. My role is to help you find your voice and inner strength while reminding you that growth is a process—one that deserves patience and self-compassion. We’ll begin building tools you can use beyond therapy, and I will walk alongside you as a partner in your healing journey so you don’t have to navigate life alone.
