Hi, I’m Dimitrios. I know reaching out for help isn’t always easy, and I want to acknowledge the courage it takes to take this step.

I’ve been a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in Florida for over 20 years and have worked with individuals from diverse backgrounds. I help adults who are dealing with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, caregiving stress, multicultural issues, and life changes.

Together, we’ll focus on your unique goals and find practical ways to move forward. I’d be honored to walk alongside you on your journey, and I look forward to working with you.

A valuable lesson I have learned is that therapy is not a one-size-fits-all approach. I adapt my practice methods to fit my client's unique needs and ensure they feel seen and supported.
