Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with six years of experience working with adolescents and adults. My expertise includes addiction treatment and anxiety-related disorders, such as phobias, panic disorder/agoraphobia, OCD, and bipolar disorder. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Kean University and a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health from the Kean/Nathan Weiss Graduate College. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel understood and empowered to grow.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, humanistic, person-centered, and empathetic. I also find that humor plays a vital role in processing difficult emotions. As an eclectic therapist, I draw upon various therapeutic methods to achieve the best outcomes for each client.

What you can expect from me

I aim to make the first session as comfortable and relaxed as possible, as I understand that starting therapy can sometimes feel overwhelming. During our first session, we will primarily focus on building rapport. I enjoy getting to know my clients because I believe that their mental health struggles do not define who they truly are.
