Great to meet you!

Hi there, If you're reading this, chances are you're juggling more than anyone really knows. I’ve been in the field for nearly 30 years, and while experience matters, what matters most is you, where you are right now, and where you want to go next. Think of our first session like a casual coffee chat no pressure, no judgment, no perfect words are required. We will figure it out together. You bring yourself, and I’ll bring compassion, humor, and a safe space for the real conversations.

Over the years, I’ve helped people navigate some of life’s toughest terrain. Substance use & recovery, process addictions, eating disorders, trauma (big T, little t, & all the in-between). I also have extensive experience supporting first responders, military service members, and their families. I understand the culture, the stress, and the expectations.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, client-centered, and grounded in the belief that every person’s journey is unique. Together we can identify patterns. Understand the “why” behind your emotional reactions, build healthier coping strategies, and untangle stories that no longer serve you.

What you can expect from me

My clients are often people who are strong, capable, and high-functioning on the outside, but internally feel stuck, disconnected, or overwhelmed. They may understand why they feel the way they do but struggle to create meaningful change. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, weighed down by past experiences, or exhausted from trying to manage everything on their own.

I believe therapy works best when it is authentic, collaborative, and focused on the whole person not just a diagnosis. Together, we will explore your story, identify the patterns that may be holding you back, and develop tools to help you heal, grow, and reconnect with yourself.

If you're ready to move beyond simply surviving and begin creating a life that feels more authentic, balanced, and fulfilling, therapy can be the place where that journey begins.
