Great to meet you!

I work with adults who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of where to turn. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices. Together, we’ll explore the patterns that are no longer serving you and begin to build new ways of thinking, relating, and coping that align with your values and goals.

My approach to therapy

My style is relational, trauma-informed, and non-judgmental. I integrate approaches from psychodynamic therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and mindfulness practices, while always tailoring our work to you. I believe that healing happens in connection, and that therapy is a place where you can begin to show up more fully for yourself.

What you can expect from me

Whether you're navigating anxiety, feeling the weight of depression, going through a major life change, grieving a loss, or working on your relationship with food or others. My goal is to help you to achieve balance in your life, while identifying and achieving your goals.
