Great to meet you!

I have been in the behavioral health field for over 30 years in various roles. I have a doctorate in psychology. Additionally, I have assisted others in gaining recovery over their addictions and trauma . I specialize in depression, personality disorder, narcissistic abuse, women issues, attachment issues, anxiety, and grief.

My approach to therapy

My goals are to assist you in achieving contentment in your life by empowering you. I will assist you in exploring patterns of thinking and behaving; along with exploring solutions to your personal issues.

What you can expect from me

My goals are for you to feel emotionally better, to feel safe and supported, to be educated, and challenged. We are a team!!!!

If something is said or suggested by me does not resonate with you, you are open to disagree stating why. I view this as a reciprocal relationship.
