Great to meet you!

I am a doctorally trained, dual-board certified, Nurse Practitioner in both psychiatry and family practice, bringing a comprehensive perspective to mental health care.

I believe everyone deserves to feel happy, healthy, and fulfilled-living a life that is free from fear, stress, anxiety, and intrusive thoughts and behaviors.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in anxiety, panic, OCD, stress, and tic disorders. I have a special interest in working with cancer survivors and clients currently dealing with the stress of chronic illness.

If you are having suicidal thoughts, please seek an appropriate level of care, as I will be unable to serve via telehealth.

What you can expect from me

I am committed to creating a safe and nurturing environment where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings openly.

I deliver care grounded in collaborative, client-centered, evidence-informed, and holistic methodologies.

Together, we will work towards understanding and addressing the challenges you face and empowering you to achieve your goals.
