Great to meet you!

Hello and thank you for finding me. I am so glad that you have made the decision to do something positive for yourself. My name is Dina Miller and I am a licensed clinical social worker in New Jersey with over 20 years of experience. I have been fortunate enough to have had a varied clinical career involving work with clients of all ages. I work with anyone who has been affected by depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, ADHD, parenting issues, or grief.

My approach to therapy

My counseling style is warm and supportive but honest and realistic. I tell my clients what they need to hear, not what they want to hear. I treat all of my clients with respect and compassion. I accept people for who they are and do not try to change them.

What you can expect from me

Therapy is not easy, but I think of us as a team and I am your coach. I will be here to guide you and support you, to cheer you on and teach you, but you have to do the work. As long as you are willing to try I will be here for you and I will work as hard as you do to show you there are better days ahead.
