Great to meet you!

Welcome! I'm Dina, and I am excited to get to know you. I deeply believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship and strive to create a warm and safe space for you to process your concerns. I specialize in treating trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, and life transitions, and I work with both teens and adults.

My approach to therapy

I take a humanistic and person-centered approach to therapy, believing that healing unfolds through genuine connection, self-discovery, and compassion. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported as you explore the parts of yourself that are seeking healing and growth.

My work is IFS-informed and grounded in inclusivity and empowerment. I also integrate expressive arts, sandtray, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), adapting each session to meet your unique needs and pace.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you can expect a real and down-to-earth connection. I value authenticity and strive to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are—without judgment or pressure. I often bring gentle humor into our work to help ease tension and remind us that healing can include lightness, too. My hope is that our time together feels supportive, grounding, and empowering as we move at a pace that feels right for you.
