Great to meet you!

Reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step, especially when anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, stress, trauma, or relationship challenges are affecting your daily life. You may feel overwhelmed, stuck in patterns that are hard to change, unsure how to manage your emotions, or uncertain about how to move forward.

I work with adolescents, adults, and older adults navigating anxiety, ADD/ADHD, bipolar disorder, depression, family issues, LGBTQIA+ concerns, transgender issues, identity concerns, trauma, grief and loss, relationship challenges, women’s issues, stress management concerns, and chronic health-related stress. My goal is to create a warm, open-minded, and supportive space where you feel heard, respected, and understood. Together, we can explore what you are experiencing, identify your strengths, and develop practical steps that support healing, stability, and meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is relational, strengths-based, and solution oriented. I believe therapy works best when clients feel safe enough to be honest about what they are experiencing while also supported in building tools that help in everyday life.

I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Play Therapy, Humanistic Therapy, and relational approaches. Depending on your needs, our work may focus on understanding thought and behavior patterns, improving emotional regulation, strengthening coping skills, processing trauma, managing ADHD symptoms, navigating mood changes, improving relationships, or exploring identity and life transitions. Whether you are seeking support for yourself or your family, therapy can help you build insight, resilience, and a clearer path forward.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a warm, respectful, and collaborative environment where your concerns are taken seriously and your goals guide our work together. In our first sessions, we will talk about what brought you to therapy, what has been difficult recently, and what you hope will feel different moving forward.

As we work together, you may develop greater self-awareness, stronger coping skills, healthier communication patterns, improved emotional regulation, and more confidence in your ability to manage life’s challenges. My goal is to help you feel supported while we identify realistic steps toward growth, healing, and emotional well-being. Therapy will move at a pace that respects your needs while helping you create meaningful progress.
