Great to meet you!

My goal of becoming a therapist came from my inner desire to help people in need of mental health help; guiding them in resolving those issues or at least making them be mindful of the issue’s impact they have on mental health and overall wellbeing. We, often, refrain from getting the help we need for many reasons, and in doing so we fail to seek the help we need and often forget that it’s never too late to ask for help.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I started my counseling experience by working with patients with IDD and kids in a school setting and then at a rehab center dealing with addiction. I currently work in a hospital setting as well as see clients in a clinical setting as a result I have exposure to working with people from different walks of life and dealing with mental health issues on a wide range. Reaching out can be the best thing that we can do in this phase of your life, and maybe get help to be the best version of yourself.

What you can expect from our first session

My goal as a therapist is to help you get to the best version of yourself, which many times takes time to work on. It is a therapeutic process and I am there to manage those processes with you.
