Great to meet you!

I’m a proud father of identical twin daughters, currently sophomores, and a 16-year-old son who is a high school junior. I earned both my undergraduate and graduate degrees from Saint Mary's University.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 25 years of experience, I bring a personalized, culturally responsive approach to working with individuals from diverse backgrounds. I provide compassionate support across the lifespan—from children to older adults—and offer services in both English and Spanish.

My areas of expertise include managing mood-related symptoms, identifying and reframing unhelpful thought patterns, and exploring relationship dynamics. I am committed to walking alongside clients in their healing process and look forward to the opportunity to collaborate on their journey toward growth and well-being.

My approach to therapy

I meet clients where they are, joining them in the process of finding meaningful resolutions to ease their suffering. Together, we work through obstacles, side by side. My approach is rooted in authenticity, compassion, and nonjudgment, always guided by a genuine desire to help.

I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches, including evidence-based practices, with a strong emphasis on empathy, understanding, and individualized care.
