Great to meet you!

Are you looking for support that’s practical, positive, and tailored to your unique needs? I specialize in positive psychology, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused strategies, motivational interviewing, and acceptance and commitment therapy. My approach is warm, collaborative, and focused on helping you build resilience, overcome challenges, and achieve your goals. Together, we’ll create a path forward that feels meaningful and empowering for you.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and deeply respectful of your unique experiences and background. I specialize in supporting women navigating life transitions, individuals facing cultural concerns, and those dealing with substance abuse, anxiety, and everyday stressors. I also offer emotional intelligence and bariatric assessments to help you gain deeper insight into your strengths and challenges. Drawing from positive psychology, CBT, solution-focused strategies, motivational interviewing, and acceptance and commitment therapy, I tailor each session to your needs—creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can feel empowered and understood. Together, we’ll work toward meaningful change and greater well-being.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect their first session with me to be welcoming, supportive, and focused on understanding their unique needs and goals. I create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you can share what’s on your mind at your own pace. Together, we’ll discuss what brought you to therapy, explore your strengths and challenges, and set clear, achievable goals—whether you’re navigating women’s issues, cultural concerns, substance use, anxiety, life stressors, or seeking emotional intelligence or bariatric assessments. My aim is for you to leave the session feeling heard, respected, and hopeful about the path forward.
