Dipa Patel is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with over eight years of experience supporting individuals on their mental health journey. She earned her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lewis University in 2016 and has been an active member of the Illinois Counseling Association since 2017.

My approach to therapy

Dipa takes a compassionate, evidence-based approach to therapy, working collaboratively with clients address concerns. Her focus is on helping clients embrace their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors in the present moment, while also equipping them with effective coping skills to manage challenges. Treatment interventions include but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).
