Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical psychologist who is passionate about helping people lead a meaningful, fulfilled life.

I specialize in treating adults and seniors who are managing post traumatic stress disorder, anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders. I also have expertise in helping individuals who are managing identity and relationship issues, grief, life transitions, and disordered eating/body image concerns.

I work collaboratively with clients to help them gain clarity and move forward.

My approach to therapy

I believe in the importance of building trust in the therapeutic relationship to create a safe space to explore challenges in life that are holding you back. My approach is holistic. I believe that everyone is a whole person and we'll work together to get you closer to the person you want to be. I aim to be warm, relational, and collaborative.

Interventions I use include CBT, DBT, CPT, MI, and ACT. However, what is most important, is utilizing an approach that best fits your needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

In initial sessions, we'll work together to build trust, get to know each other, and create a shared understanding of what you see as getting in the way of your full potential. You are the expert of you and sessions will empower you to be in the driver's seat.

Individuals will gain insight into their current situations, identify specific achievable goals, and develop skills to create individual growth. Individuals can expect to feel heard, validated, empowered in sessions.
