Great to meet you!

Loving decades of empowering psychotherapy clients to be the best that they can be, I favor complementary and alternative modalities. Have you ever tried the Emotional Freedom Technique, (EFT)? Tapping on meridians opens the energy of the system and is a quicker route to getting in touch with one's emotions and how to change deep seated erroneous beliefs. Other energy healing modalities can allow one to heal at mock speed.

My approach to therapy

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, (CBT) is always helpful for change. Recognizing stuck patterns and changing one's belief system can spark changes that were traditionally difficult. Client centered, client directed therapy allows one to steer their process. While I can empower you, as if a driving instructor, knowing the way, more clearly as a seasoned practitioner, and an outside trained observer.

What you can expect from me

If one is open to a guided meditation, each session is like having a mini vacation, changing ones' energy in the here and now. Getting rid of what is not really yours. Try it and see for yourself! Also a Tension/Trauma Releasing Exercise (TRE,) provider a profound somatic approach used by the US military where one needn't relive or even discuss the trauma. As the trauma is stored in the nervous system and the fascia that wraps the muscles.

Complimentary and alternative modalities such as what Divora offers, put healing on overdrive. Try it for yourself, as seeking help is a strength.
