Great to meet you!

Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply seeking personal growth, I’m here to help you find clarity, healing, and meet the best version of yourself.

For over 17 years, I’ve offered a supportive and collaborative space for individuals who are ready to grow and move forward with intention. My style is warm, compassionate, and light-hearted and I believe therapy works best when you feel comfortable being fully yourself.

I specialize in working with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief, relationship challenges, and other difficult life transitions. I have advanced training and expertise in providing evidenced based and trauma-informed therapies to include, Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE), Written Exposure Therapy (WET) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for trauma and depression, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for emotional dysregulation, and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you realign life with your values.

My approach to therapy

I integrate evidence-based techniques with a person-centered, relational approach. This means I tailor therapy to fit you. Together, we’ll explore patterns, process difficult life experiences, and build practical tools to help you manage stress, improve relationships, and cultivate resilience. My hope is that you leave therapy with a stronger sense of who you are, greater emotional clarity, and the confidence to navigate life’s challenges.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll get to know each other, explore what’s bringing you to therapy, and begin identifying your goals. You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of your current challenges—and a plan for how we’ll begin addressing them together. As therapy progresses, you can expect to gain insight, emotional support, and tools to help you live life with more confidence and ease.
