With 17+ years of experience, I’m a double-board certified psychiatric-mental health and family NP.

My ideal client is someone who is struggling with depression (including treatment resistance depression) anxiety, Panic disorder, ADHD, bipolar disorder, stress, sleep issues, schizophrenia, or multiple mental health challenges/diagnosis for clients 6 and above. They may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward. Their goal is to find relief, clarity, and balance—not just to manage symptoms, but to truly improve their overall well-being. They want a compassionate, understanding provider who listens, tailors treatment to their needs, and supports them on their journey toward healing.

My approach to therapy

I take a holistic and personalized approach to mental health care, considering both mind and body. I provide medication management or combination medicine management and therapy. depending on what best supports each client’s unique journey. My care is comprehensive, compassionate, and tailored to help clients achieve long-term well-being. I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions for clients ages 6 and above, ensuring accessibility and convenience. With a client conversion rate of over 90% after the first visit, many find comfort and confidence in continuing their care with me.
