Great to meet you!

You might be overwhelmed and exhausted managing an eating disorder, disordered eating, or an overall tumultuous relationship with food and your body. You may be struggling with anxiety, depression, or trauma. You might be seeking structure, accountability, and tools (without judgment). I help clients examine patterns, develop coping skills, and strengthen their self-esteem at a comfortable pace. We work to discover helpful tools to build resilience and stability for growth and healing.

My approach to therapy

I bring experience from higher levels of care, including an intensive treatment unit and supportive PHP housing. I integrate DBT-informed, CBT-, and strengths-based approaches in my therapy room. I am trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for PTSD.

What you can expect from me

My practice is LGBTQIA+ affirming, and I strive to offer a space that is inclusive, respectful, and emotionally safe. My style is structured, collaborative, and compassionate, balancing direct feedback with encouragement as we work toward meaningful, realistic change.
