Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with three years of experience providing mental health services across a variety of clinical settings including Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP), Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), and school based mental health services. These experiences have allowed me to support children, adolescents, and adults facing a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and life challenges. While much of my clinical experience has been working with children and adolescents, over the past year I have been working with adults, with a particular focus on women. I truly believe that your circumstances or past experiences do not have to define who you are or your future. Every person has the ability to grow, heal, and create meaningful life. My role is to provide a safe, supportive space where we can work together to explore life’s challenges, build on your strengths, and help you move toward the life you envision for yourself.

My approach to therapy

I take an integrative approach to therapy that combines evidence based practices with genuine human connection. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness based interventions, I help clients develop practical skills to manage emotions, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and navigate life’s challenges. At the core of my work is a person-centered outlook grounded in empathy, unconditional positive regard, authenticity, and respect for each client’s unique experiences.

What you can expect from me

I strive to create a safe non-judgemental space where my clients can freely express their feelings and thoughts. I believe that meaningful change occurs when clients feel safe, supported, and empowered to move towards their personal goals. I tailor my approaches to meet each client’s unique needs. I am interested in understanding your experiences and perceptions as we work together to harness your inner strength for personal growth and change. My goal is to guide, empower, and inspire hope throughout your therapeutic journey. I look forward to building a therapeutic rapport with you and supporting you as you heal into the best version of yourself.
