I graduated from Washington University School of Social Work at the top of my graduating class. My interest has always been helping women find their paths and learn their strengths, though I also enjoy working with teens and men. I offer help with anxiety, family/relationship conflict, self esteem and life changes.
I listen for clients' goals and concerns, knowing what they share with me may be something they would never share with close friends or family. I help clients struggling with relationship issues and work stress frequently, as well as anxiety and panic attacks. These are issues shared by most clients I work with.
I ask clients what they need from me and what is their best hope they want to accomplish in our work together. My goal is always to provide a caring, understanding environment allowing clients to feel safe and heard. That allows honesty in the relationship and helps clients achieve their counseling goals.
