A lot of therapists will just dive into the problem right away but how are we supposed to peel back the deeper layers of your trauma and your experience without the proper skills in place first to deal with the emotional fallout first? Our first 3-5 sessions will be focused on collecting data and learning the necessary foundational skills needed to truly analyze your own experience so you become empowered and can take control of and change your own life.
